How can I pay?

You can make payment online by credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
Other payment methods may be available, dependent on the nature of the piece you wish to purchase, please use the enquiry option to discuss.

Is the website safe for me to leave my payment details?

We only retain your contact information and confirmation of your payment status. Online payments themselves are processed directly by trusted 3rd party payment providers – PayPal & Stripe (for credit/debit cards). is maintained directly by us, is hosted in the UK and is secured by an SSL certificate (it is also powered by 100% renewable energy!)  Link to privacy policy

What happens once my order has been placed?

You will be sent an email to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked and packed your order ready for despatch, we will email you with an estimated delivery date. See delivery info below. If you need it sooner get in touch, we might be able to help.


How long will it take for delivery of my artwork?

If it’s a gallery stock item, we will usually despatch within 48hrs of receiving your order. On occasion the artworks need to be shipped to us first from our artists/designers. Bespoke (made to order) items can take much longer. Our average delivery time is between 5 – 8 days, dependent on product.


Collect your item and save on shipping costs
This is by appointment only, the Sculpture Lounge is an active home to 20 contemporary artists / designers. We are a very friendly team and are always happy for you to arrange a collection.


Artwork will be individually packed with quality packaging by our professional in-house team. Every care is taken to protect your purchased items.

Items shipped within the UK will be sent via either

  • Royal Mail 1st class
  • Royal Mail Special delivery
  • Palletised

in special circumstances delivered door to door by our own delivery/installation team.

Please be aware we cannot send delicate/vulnerable items e.g. ceramics or glass through a standard courier as these items cannot be insured. Instead, we use specialist couriers or pack the item onto a pallet – please use the enquiry option for shipping quotes.

Palletised Shipping:

For larger more bespoke items we use palletised shipping.

It allows us to provide additional packaging to protect your beautiful purchases.
We sit comfortably in the knowledge that your item is not being thrown around in the back of a van, with hundreds of other items. We care for our customers.
We can offer a next day delivery (please be aware we need time to pack your item also) anywhere in the UK, or a 3-day service at a reduced price. Prices on application (we just need your full postal address).

It’s crucial someone is there to sign for the item, and the delivery truck has clear access to your property. We are always happy to discuss this as an option.

International Shipping:

Prices for international shipping will be provided on request.
Prices vary dependent on scale / weight /destination.
International shipping can incur import duties and taxes, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay these charges at destination, your local customs and excise office will advise on these costs before purchase.

Sculpture Lounge Ltd will not be responsible for any import duties and taxes.


What happens if my item arrives damaged or has not arrived?

On rare occasions things can go wrong, but we are here to help.

If your item arrives damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, it is very important you take several photographs of the problem / damage please. This supports us with insurance claims. We will then arrange for a collection plus a full refund or replacement.

If your item has gone astray or if you are concerned it is taking too long to arrive, get in touch and we can then track your item for you and inform you of it’s delivery status.

Returns Policy

We offer a 14 day no quibble return policy on all items purchased online.

The items need to be returned in the same condition as they were sent to the customer.

The items must be packed in the original packaging they arrived in.

The cost of return shipping will be the customers responsibility and it must be shipped via the identical level of postage service for insurance purposes.

If your item has arrived damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, then we will of course arrange collection at our cost. (don’t forget to photograph the problem)

NOTE: We will contact you with full return instructions as it may differ from item to item.


I have purchased a beautiful piece of art, how do I make sure it looks amazing in a new location?

We work closely with our clients to provide a professional and friendly service. In addition, we make sure your new purchase is sited both safely, and to its best advantage in your home or business.

Working closely with our partner organisations we can offer a full installation service of any artworks purchased from the Sculpture Lounge.

  • You piece will be in expert hands but will also be fully insured throughout the process.
  • Bespoke groundwork/ foundations, plinths, fixings provided to ensure that your investment is both safe and beautifully presented.
  • We can provide full written risk assessments prior to installation particularly if required in a public setting.
