Ralph is a woodturning artist and sculptor, creating sculptural pieces with intriguing textures and form. His contemporary style uses new techniques and processes rarely used in woodturning. Ralph’s work is a collaboration between natural processes and human involvement, in order to create sculptures with a clean yet organic feel.

Having started woodturning in 2015, after receiving a grant to setup a workshop, Ralph’s work now features many techniques including gilding, warping and colouring.
